That's right, this is a specific paid service provided to you to solve your current challenge. Not to lure or provoke you into using a specific mortgage broker or banker like me, why do you ask? Bottom line: There's already a lot of reputable mortgage companies that do a good job, just a few that I've seen take advantage of customers. My mortgage business is and always has been direct referrals, those who want to do business with us already do so.

 

This is a COMPLETELY separate service. To answer your “why's” and “how's” on challenges you may have.  Some don't get direct answers from their current Bank/Mortgage Company/Person because you are getting “free” advice. You just had some itchy questions or a small challenge and want to know how to resolve it.
